By submitting a quote request, contact form, or chat message to Wynter Landscaping & Handyman ("Wynter", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

All quotes are provided in good faith based on the information you supply and on-site inspection. Final pricing may vary if scope, site conditions, or material availability change. Written estimates are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.

7. Liability

Wynter Landscaping & Handyman is fully insured and carries WSIB coverage. Our liability for any project is limited to the value of the contracted work. We are not responsible for pre-existing site conditions disclosed only after work has begun.

8. Your Rights
